If there are any issues with your order once it has been delivered, missing or damaged items, you have 10 days from the tracking numbers delivery date, to report it to me. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind for missing or damaged items. If you decide to return your purchase because you no longer want the item, you have 15 days from the tracking numbers delivery date to make a request. Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.
